Prepaid Gift Cards

NBDC Gift cards are prepaid debit cards which are maintained on site, and  which may be filled with $25-$500. Cost is $6.99 above face value. These cards may only be used in a point-of-sale retail business. They cannot be used for either ATMs or cash advances, and they cannot be reloaded.

Prepaid Travel Cards

NBDC sells prepaid debit cards that are on site for immediate availability and can be used in ATMs worldwide. They cost $9.95 above face value, and may be loaded with from $250-$9,999, and may be reloaded three times. Funds are in American dollars. Cost to reload is $5.95 above face value for the second and third load. This card may also be used as a point-of-sale debit card in retail businesses or cash advance at a bank.

Foreign Exchange

NBDC now is able to buy and sell foreign currency on behalf of our customers. The cash is usually available within one day, but we recommend buying at least a week ahead of need to provide a safe cushion. We can also remit foreign currency for redemption in dollars for our customers. Sales and purchases include paper currency only.
